To remove the ViscoDisc™ insert follow these simple steps.

 

 

Step 1:

After removing the bottle lid, place a fork against the inside of the bottle neck and Push the ViscoDisc™ insert down.

 

 

 

Step 2:

Using your fork, hook the higher end of the ViscoDisc™ insert and Lift.

 

 

 

Step 3:

Making sure that your fork is still securely holding the ViscoDisc™ insert, Pull the insert out using your fork.
